Pastor Sylvia M. Beatty, is originally from Maryland and is the daughter of the late Russell Rice and Vergie Conaway. She grew up in a loving home with four sisters and moved from the country to Pennsylvania in her childhood. She later met her husband Apostle Keith Beatty and they have been married for 33 years. Together in their union, they have four children; Angel, William, Charles and Sylvia, as well as many grandchildren whom they love deeply!

Pastor Sylvia has served in ministry for over 25 years. She has worked with many youth along side her husband, Apostle Keith, as the Assistant Executive Director of his company, Mission Home Ministries in York, Pa.  

She received her Doctorate in Humanities and Doctorate in Divinity from Emmanuel Baptist University. She was ordained in 2001 and pastored her first church, Believer’s Fellowship, in Pennsylvania. Pastor Sylvia approaches everyone with love and open arms, and has the ability to see the best in people. She is passionate about women’s ministry and dedicated to helping women transform their lives for the better. Her hobbies include reading, spending time with her family, traveling, listening to music, and cooking for her loved ones.
